Intermountain Healthcare, a nonprofit system with more than 20 hospitals, purchased roughly 7.7 acres at the southeast corner of Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive for almost $19 million, property records show.
It’s unclear what Intermountain plans to do with the Summerlin-area property, which has seen big project ideas come and go over the years. But the purchase price was steep for suburban Las Vegas land.
