Intermountain Healthcare announced that Kreg Koford, supply chain solutions and sourcing AVP, will leave the system June 29 to take the role as SVP supply chain and sustaining care services for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY). Intermountain has initiated a search for a replacement.
