Congratulations to the ANAE National Account Executive of the Year
Join us in congratulating Patric Merritt, Director, National and Strategic Accounts Medical Division, Life Sciences and Alternate Care, at Cantel Medical.

One IDN executive nominated Merritt stating:

"I have always found Patric to be very transparent, honest and strategic with his approach. He does not solely focus on price as he offers solutions and research that provided clinical benchmarking for the customers. He sees the benefit of creating a true partnership. He always follows up in a timely manner and always looks for a resolution if something is not working. He understands the global picture and all of the challenges hospitals are faced with."
This award will be presented at the ANAE Annual Conference on July 11-12 in Dallas.

Specifically, executives at Bon Secours Mercy Health set an $87 million target for supply chain savings this fiscal year, Whitaker reported.

The vendors provided Whitaker and her counterpart at Mercy Health savings projections for key supply chain items and areas, including nursing, price parity, and physician preference items. Using the information, the supply chain leaders developed a benefits realization summary to achieve their savings goal starting on day one post-merger.
