ProPublica’s Dollars for Doctors Project released a list of the device or pharma companies that paid U.S. physicians the most in 2018.

1. Genentech — $478 million
2. Zimmer Biomet — $109 million
3. Stryker — $91.9 million
4. Boston Scientific — $82.2 million
5. Allergan — $73 million
6. Arthrex — $70.3 million
7. Medtronic — $66 million
8. Depuy Syntheses — $61.7 million
9. Pfizer — $48.9 million
10. AstraZeneca — $45 million
