Vice-President – Catholic Contracting Group (CCG), Premier, Inc. 5/10 – Present Facilitated rapid portfolio growth and contract savings for the largest collaborative group within Premier, representing $3 Billion in contract volume. • Grew contract savings in each year by over 70%, last year alone we delivered over $60M in additional value to members • Successfully implemented strategy to triple contract portfolio, from 60 contracts to over 180 in two year period • Expanded contract coverage to over 20% of total medical – surgical supply expense. • Led members to a common medical – surgical and pharmacy distribution partner through negotiation of a best in class agreement. • Designed a one system trial Value Analysis process for group, which significantly cut down product review periods. • Created agreements that brought in over $60 Million in contracted spend from previously non-contracted suppliers. • Grew member contracted spend by over 20% over two year period.
